BIM as a data source for Madaster I Breeam and MPG

Several tools and certifications are available to determine and/or register the sustainability and circularity of a new or existing object. In the Netherlands, for example:

• MPG: The calculation for determining the environmental performance of buildings.
• Bree-am NL: A certification method for a sustainably built environment.
• Madaster: Register of materials for generating a material passport.

Various analysis tools are also available to simulate the performance of a building.
