We measured the existing situation in order to provide the right real estate data for the investigation of the development possibilities of this triangular church with front tower.

We then converted the measurement data (point cloud) into a BIM Model in Revit and ArchiCAD.

Based on the BIM model, the architect and developer can gain insight into the various development options based on the As-Built situation.
