New construction of city office and renovation of town hall in Heerlen

The existing city office of Heerlen will be completely demolished and new construction will take place in which the existing foundation will be reused. The adjoining town hall will be renovated. We were asked to measure the multistorey car park and basement and the adjacent buildings of the city office as well as the entire town hall. Furthermore, we had to convert the size data into a 3D BIM model that will serve as a starting point for the design and execution.
