Point cloud for verification of BIM of District Centre 35,000m2

For this DC of 35,000m2 we have made a 3D laser scan (point cloud).

Our client, the developer of the distribution centre, will use this point cloud to verify the 3D model with the actually built situation.

We have converted the measurement data into a point cloud which can be loaded into Revit.

The client can use the point cloud to check whether there are no deviations in the built situation compared to the 3D design. In this way, it can be determined whether, for example, there are no obstructions in pipes and cable ducts with respect to the sprinkler system and/or whether the recesses are in the right place.
