Monumental building in BIM for FM

A progressive facility manager sees the added value of BIM. In principle, for generating quantities for tendering for cleaning work and long-term maintenance. This is followed by the expansion by linking it to the entire facility management. The assignment consisted of 3D measuring of the main building. The measurement results are processed into a 3D BIM model and supplemented with the finishing of all rooms and the generation of a quantity from the BIM model. All rooms have been photographed 360 degrees.
