In order to ensure that the planning is carried out on the basis of current and accurate data, we were asked to scan the entire complex and to provide the measurement data in the form of a Pointcloud for the purpose of setting up and verifying the existing BIM model.
For this purpose, we used static 3D laser scanners, mobile scanners and a total station.
Apart from the point cloud, we also made a virtual 360 tour in which stakeholders can walk around the building online, so that site visits are not always necessary.
The stakeholders now have additional tools for remote collaboration and for greater efficiency in planning, engineering and operation.
