Reverse engineering for the industrial sector

In the industry, it's a common occurrence: components of a production line that wear out, need to be replaced, and then require additional adjustments after installation to get the process running optimally again. Far from ideal—especially when production cannot come to a halt.

Recently, we measured a set of chutes and converted them into a 3D model. These chutes wear down quickly and need to be replaced regularly.

The result:
